On Sunday, 3rd February 2008, all the students of the Garage school throughly enjoyed themselves on a fun activity with Mary Reik and her volunteers. During the day children indulged in drawing, colouring, pot painting, building houses with recycled material and other such activities.

On the 9th of November, 2007, we celebrated Dewali or Deepawali, “The festival of Light” by visiting three temples in the city with the Hindu and Sikh students along with Christian and Muslim teachers. It was a great experience. The temple in Clifton is right where the school is located, but noone had known about that place. It was underground on the main Kotari Parade area. Seems like a remains of a cave. A place worth a visit. It was called the “Shiv temple”.
