Asmat was one of our first students. She did her Matric (Grade 10) and Intermediate (Grade 12) and then joined The Garage School as an embroidery and crochet instructor. She was the pioneer of The Garage School products which are sold internationally. It was her and her students’ work which is now on sale. She has promoted the sustainability of the school through her work.
Asmat, who fully supported her family, is now married and is very keen to restart her embroidery and crochet classes at The Garage School again.
