School Happenings
Lots of activities are planned for the children to teach them social and religious tolerance, respect for human rights and the importance of caring for others.
Eid Celebrations
The school holds many events on an annual basis such as Eid parties for the children to enjoy and celebrate together as a family.
Recycling Programme
It is very important to introduce the concept of recyling to both the students and their parents.
First Aid Workshop
On the 20th of January 2008, Dr. Nighat came to the Garage School to talk about first aid awareness. Both children and their parents participated.
Adult Literacy
Parents regularly attend the school for literacy lessons and other programmes.
Fun Activities
On Sunday, 3rd February 2008, the students throughly enjoyed themselves doing fun activities with Mary Reik and her volunteers. During the day children indulged in drawing, colouring, pot painting, and building houses with recycled material.
