Zahid, a student of Grade 5 in our school has three other siblings who come to us for their education. Oldest of the 5, Zahid lives in a mere 9×9 room which includes a kitchen and a bathroom in this area.

Asma, our nightingale, the girl who wants to be a singer someday was the first to get her house upgraded in Mrs. Shabina Mustafa’s new mission to upgrade Shah Rasool and Neelam Colonies.
Yet another milestone …. Capturing the heart of Neelam Colony
All through January, Mrs. Shabina visited several homes of the students in Neelam Colony and the KMC (Karachi Municipal Corporation) Compound. She tried talking to the parents and other family members of her students and tried to get to the root of the problems in their lives.
Eid gifts, distributed!
Monetary eidi has always been a part of The Garage School eidi. But this year, Mrs. Mustafa went a step ahead and bought each child an eid gift for them to cherish. The gifts, apart from new eid clothes and new shoes, included a toy for each child. “These students have all the right to [...]
